Dear Liam,
I have only known you for a short amount of time, but I can already tell that you are a strong little boy and that you are a fighter. In your pictures you look so happy to have your mommy, daddy and big sis surrounding you. I can tell that each one of them is very proud of you and will go to the end of the world for you. They will be there each and every day, watching you grow and overcoming challenges.
I anxiously wait for an update each day to see how you are doing. When I read there was skin re-growth and that the culture came back free from infection I was filled with joy. When your daddy updated everyone about the meeting with your doctors today I was frustrated for him.
I wish I lived closer to you so that I could help out in more ways that I already am. I will do everything that I can to help your family out. Even though I am far away, I will be with you every step of the way.
You have brought together not only your family and a group of friends (most of whom have never met), but you are also bringing together people from all of the United States and the world. We are all sending love, prayers and positive thoughts your way.
